CamJam 2027 is Nearly Full – Book Now to Avoid Disappointment!

The countdown to CamJam 2027 is well underway, and we are now very close to reaching our planned event capacity.

The response from Scout groups has been fantastic, with thousands of young people and volunteers already registered for what promises to be an amazing week of adventure, activities, challenges, and unforgettable experiences.

Have You Booked Yet?

If your group is planning to attend but has not yet secured a place, we strongly encourage you to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We are nearing our target numbers and may need to close bookings once capacity has been reached.

Already Booked? Please Confirm Your Numbers

Many groups initially booked using estimated participant and leader numbers. We are now asking groups to log into the booking system and add their participant and leader details where possible.

This helps us build a clearer picture of final attendance and, in some cases, may release additional places that can be offered to other groups still hoping to attend.

Don’t Forget Your Payments

To secure your place at CamJam 2027, groups must ensure that they:

  • Pay their deposit by the required deadline.
  • Follow the published payment schedule for future instalments.
  • Keep their booking information up to date within the booking system.

Bookings that are not progressed through the payment stages may be at risk of being released if demand continues to exceed available capacity.
